本アプリは広告を表示しません。利用者を追跡（トラッキング）せず、広告識別子（IDFA）による追跡や「Appトラッキングの透明性（ATT）」同意の取得も行いません。カメラ映像は計測のため画面に表示するだけで保存・送信しません（第2章）。
This App shows no ads. It does not track you and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) or request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent. Camera imagery is only shown on screen for measurement and is never stored or transmitted (Section 2).

1. はじめに

水準器 (Pocket Level)（以下「本アプリ」）は、cocoroom（以下「当方」）が提供する水平・傾き計測ユーティリティです。本アプリは無料で利用でき、広告は表示しません。任意の一度きりの買い切り購入により、一部のプレミアム機能（カメラ傾斜計の基準角ゼロ等）を解放できます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報と、その目的・共有先について説明します。

2. カメラの利用について（重要）

本アプリの「カメラ傾斜計（Clinometer）」機能は、対象に向けて傾きを測るために、カメラ映像を画面に表示します。

撮影した映像・写真は保存も送信もしません。 計測のためにリアルタイムで表示するだけで、端末外に出ることはありません。
カメラ画像そのものを当方やサードパーティが取得・保管することはありません。
気泡管（水準器）機能はカメラを使用せず、端末のモーションセンサー（CoreMotion）の情報のみを使用します。これらの計測値が端末外に送信されることはありません。

3. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

以下は端末内（UserDefaults）にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。

校正値（端末の傾き誤差を補正するキャリブレーション値）、表示単位設定（度／％勾配／屋根勾配 x:12）、サウンドのオン・オフ設定
アプリ内で生成される匿名の利用者ID、初回起動時刻

4. 収集・処理する情報と利用目的

本アプリは、機能提供・品質改善のため、以下のサードパーティを通じて情報を取り扱います。いずれも個人を直接特定する情報（氏名・住所等）の取得を目的としていません。

匿名利用者IDは本アプリが生成するランダムな識別子で、氏名・連絡先・端末固有IDとは紐づきません。各サービス間のデータ突合（インストール→利用→課金の傾向把握）にのみ使用します。

5. 広告について

本アプリは広告を表示しません。利用者を識別・追跡するための広告識別子（IDFA）を用いた追跡や、iOS の「Appトラッキングの透明性（ATT）」同意の取得も行いません。

6. 第三者への提供

上記表に記載した処理者（Google、RevenueCat、Apple、Sentry）に対し、各サービスの提供に必要な範囲でのみデータが共有されます。当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、これら以外の第三者に個人情報を販売・提供しません。各処理者のプライバシーポリシー: Google / RevenueCat / Apple / Sentry

7. データの保管期間

端末内データはアプリを削除すると消去されます。
分析・課金・クラッシュ情報は各処理者の規定に従って保管されます。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

9. 利用者の権利

データの取り扱いに関するご要望は、下記連絡先までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、合理的な範囲で対応します。

10. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリまたは本ページで告知します。改定後の継続利用をもって、変更に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. Introduction

Pocket Level (the "App") is a level / tilt-measurement utility provided by cocoroom (the "Provider", "we"). The App is free to use and shows no ads. An optional one-time purchase unlocks some premium features (such as the camera clinometer's zero-reference angle). This policy explains what information the App handles, for what purposes, and with whom it is shared.

2. Camera use (important)

The App's "Camera clinometer" feature shows a live camera view so you can aim at an object and measure its angle.

Captured images/video are never stored or transmitted. They are displayed in real time only for measurement and never leave your device.
Neither we nor any third party obtains or retains the camera imagery itself.
The bubble-level feature does not use the camera; it uses only the device's motion sensors (CoreMotion). These readings never leave your device.

3. Information stored only on your device

The following is stored only on your device (UserDefaults) and is not sent to our servers:

Calibration value (to correct device tilt error), display-unit setting (degrees / % slope / roof pitch x:12), sound on/off setting
An app-generated anonymous user ID and the first-launch timestamp

4. Information we collect/process and why

To provide and improve the App, we handle information via the following third parties. None is intended to obtain directly identifying information (name, address, etc.).

The anonymous user ID is a random identifier generated by the App; it is not linked to your name, contact details, or device hardware ID. It is used only to reconcile data across services.

5. Advertising

The App shows no ads. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you and does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent.

6. Sharing with third parties

Data is shared with the processors listed above (Google, RevenueCat, Apple, Sentry) only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third party except as required by law. See their policies: Google / RevenueCat / Apple / Sentry

7. Retention

On-device data is removed when you delete the App.
Analytics, purchase, and crash data are retained per each processor's policies.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your rights

To request action regarding your data, contact us below. We will respond reasonably after verifying your request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. We will announce material changes in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
